Day 1 of 30/30/30 - Evolved Mommy
30/30/30 is a fitness goal I’ve set for myself for the month of February. My hope is to complete 30 thirty-minute workouts in 30 days.
Technically it isn’t February yet, but I decided to get a jumpstart on this goal. Why wait, right?
So after work I went for a walk. Here are my thoughts and observations:
1. According to my RunKeeper app my walking pace is thirty seconds faster than my running pace. That’s embarrassing.
2. I love 60-degree weather in January
3. I can do this.
