This one is actually from XNA in Northwest Arkansas. I ran into Cheech at the airport. It turns out that his wife is a Russian concert pianist and she had done a show at the U of A. They were very cool.
I didn’t know it, but the President was actually in the back yard (south lawn) when I took this. He was just leaving. His Blackhawk escort buzzed me right after I took this.
This is one of the many Dodge Charger Hellcats that I would be driving.
This is my time to get behind the wheel in one of the Chargers. Not driving yet, this is still before Charger School
As if meeting Cheech wasn’t enough, I also met Daniel Cudmore from the X-Men and Twilight movies. Later I ran into Betsey Johnson in the airport. Strange week.
I guess we didn’t HAVE to wear the head socks, but they looked pretty damn cool and made it feel even cooler
Right after this, I drover faster than I have in my entire life.
Not much going on here, I just love the city.
That’s the Treasury Department in the background, it was next door to my hotel, The W.
Stoplights, they have them in DC too.
It may be obvious that some of these are just outside of my hotel. It was the last morning, and I didn’t feel like doing a lot of walking around.
It was just just luck that a Maserati came by as I was taking this one. Side not, that car is not as fast as the Charger Hellcat.
I felt sorry for the Segway tour. They looked like a nerdy chain-gang on their way to argue Star Trek Original Series v Next Generation. (It may look goofy, but if anyone want to send me a Segway or send me to some exotic location for a Segway tour, I’m totally down for it. Also, I love Star Trek)
Last Week, Dodge sent me up to Washington DC to drive some Hellcats. It was a heckuva time, and I’ll tell you more about it soon. For now, here is a little peek in the form of a selfie tour.
I met Cheech, went to the White House, drove the world’s most powerful sedan, hung out with one of the X-Men and realized that one of the only things more ridiculous than my selfie tour was the Segway tour that the people behind me were taking.
Click on any of the images to get the story behind them. Do it or I’ll do a bathroom selfie tour next.
