I have a little secret (30/30/30: 10) - Evolved Mommy

Here’s a little secret… I have no idea how much I weigh.
I have my husband weigh me and keep track of the changes in a spreadsheet. Occasionally, I ask him how I’m doing, but I have no idea what the actual number is.

Here’s why:

Knowing that number, and it’s always higher than I want it to be,  can send me into a tail spin.

What I do know:

1. I’m working out in some fashion every day (today it was the elliptical at 5:30 a.m.)

2. I’m eating very well

3. This will lead to positive results.

So for now I don’t want to know how much I weigh.

  1. That’s a really cool idea (blind tracking)! I know that a lot of programs suggest that you go through a period where you do not track your weight at all, but I like your method of removing the psychological aspect of knowing your weight/weight fluctuations but still tracking your progress.
