A couple weeks ago I selected my One Little Word for 2013 and made plans to weave it into various areas of my life with each month bringing a new specific focus . Kind of at the last minute, and on a whim, I decided to start January by applying my OLW (One Little Word), which happens to be “Delight” to exercise.
The MotoACTV tracks your route via GPS, calories, exercise activities (even my beloved elliptical) and plays music. You can either wear it on your wrist or use the clip to attach it to your waistband.

Does every mom need an iPad3? No. That might really be frivolous. Don’t get me wrong. If you have an iPad3 I’m not calling you spendy. I just think the lesser iPad2 is more justifiable for most, and you can get a refurbished iPad2 straight from Apple.

Thanks to the awesome conference that was Blissdom 2012 and starting a new job this week I am waaaaaay behind on posting Nothing fantastical is going to happen right now, but I just had to tell y’all…
I did it!!!
I met my goal to complete 30 thirty-minute workouts in thirty days.
Where do I go from here? Who knows, but I went to the gym this morning and I’m going tomorrow morning.
Perhaps this will turn into a habit.
This morning I kick-started my first full day at Blissdom with a bun-kicking Pilates Barre class led by guru Suzanne Bowen.
Suzanne is the creator of Barre Amped, which apparently does UH-MAZE-ING things for a booty.
I had a great plan for this week. It all started on Monday with an elliptical workout at the gym, an early morning date with a Tae Bo DVD Tuesday, a quick trip to Little Rock Tuesday afternoon, followed by a great Pilates class Wednesday, then on to the Blissdom blogging conference where I would do the 7 am fitness class Friday & Saturday.
